摘要
根据商用车支腿部位的工况调研结果和客户要求,对原料、配方和工艺进行筛选和验证,最终确定了商用车支腿润滑脂产品的配方和工艺.产品性能满足设定的各项指标要求,并对该产品进行台架耐久试验、低温试验和分油试验,试验结果表明:该产品能够满足支腿的齿轮箱、传动螺杆的润滑要求,达到了预期的开发目标.
Abstract
Based on a survey result of the working conditions of commercial vehicle landing gears and customer requirements,the raw materials,formulation,and processes were screened and validated,ultimately determining the product formulation and manufacturing process.The performance indicators of the product meet all specified requirements,and durability tests,low temperature tests,and oil separation tests were conducted on the product using a commercial vehicle landing gear test bench.The test results show that the product meets the lubrication requirements for the landing gear's gearbox and drive screw,achieving the expected development goals.
