Determination of Lubricating Switched Oil Pumping Under Mixed Viscosity Constraints
This paper employs a system engineering approach to analyze the existing switched oil pumping process at R Company and the mixed viscosity calculation formula for lubricants.A mathematical model was established to relate the mixed viscosity of the products to the proportion of switched oil to be pumped.Utilizing actual production data from 10 bat-ches of gear oil produced by R Company,the numerical value of the random error term was derived through linear regres-sion,determining the final expression of the target mathematical model.Additionally,an Excel-based determination pro-gram for switched oil pumping was created,which assesses whether the actual tank inventory of the product meets the cal-culated lower inventory limit,thereby determining if the switched oil pumping operation can be executed.This model holds practical significance for guiding the switched oil operations in R Company's actual production.
