Quality evaluation is the basis of quality improvement, and software quality evaluation is aimed at improving the quality of software. This paper explores an analytic hierarchy process to evaluate software quality and software quality model use based on ISO / IEC 25010:2011 model. Software quality evaluation performs in three steps. Firstly, refine the multi-level software quality evaluation index. Secondly, determine the relative weight of evaluation index with the level of sub analysis method. Finaly, evaluate software quality and convert for the evaluation scores of the percentile.
