摘要

虚拟教研室建设是数字化时代新型基层教学组织建设的重要探索,"智能+"时代的虚拟教研室建设可以充分利用各种技术工具(尤其是虚拟现实技术)以支持其实践研究,提高虚拟教研室建设的数字化水平.以教育部首批建立的教学研究改革类教研室——"信息化教学设计研究虚拟教研室"为依托,以虚拟实践社区理论为指导,结合沉浸式虚拟现实环境所具有的沉浸感、临场感和社区感的交互感知特点,提出沉浸式虚拟现实支持下的虚拟教研室包含5个要素,即虚拟协作教研环境、专业实践社区、教研共同体、联合教学实践、教师专业发展.沉浸式虚拟现实环境为虚拟教研室活动空间提供协作共享的支持性社区环境,有助于培养教师的成长性思维.

Abstract

The construction of virtual teaching research community is an important exploration of teaching organizations in the digital era.The construction of virtual teaching research community in the era of"intelligence+"can make full use of various technological tools(especially vir-tual reality technology)to support their practical research,which can improve the digital level of virtual teaching research community construc-tion.This study is based on the"virtual teaching research community of informative instructional design",which is one of the first teaching re-search communities supported by the Ministry of Education.The virtual teaching research community,which supported by immersive virtual reality,contains five elements,virtual collaborative teaching and research environment,professional practice community,teaching and re-search community,joint teaching practice,and teachers' professional development.The immersive virtual reality environment provides a col-laborative and shared supportive community environment for the virtual teaching and research room activity space,which helps to develop teachers' growth mindset.
