摘要
面向新工科创新人才培养,构建专业交叉—课程贯通—任务驱动的实践教学体系,融合多源在线实践教学平台,设计层次化的实践内容体系,创新改革考核方式,创建一个全方位、敏捷的实践创新环境,以解决制约实践教学中的一些难题,如学科交叉弱、大规模实践开展时空受限、实践内容系列化—层次化—阶梯性、学生主动参与和创新不足、实践过程管理陈旧等问题.哈尔滨工业大学的教学实践表明,实践教学在赋能新工科建设和创新人才培养方面发挥了切实有效的作用.
Abstract
For the cultivation of innovative talents in new engineering,through the construction of a practice teaching system of specialty crossing course linking project driving,the integration of multi-source online practice teaching platform,the design of hierarchical practice content system,and the innovation and reform of assessment methods,an all-round practice innovation environment is established to solve some problems restricting practice teaching,such as weak discipline crossing,time and space constraints for large-scale practice,practice contents are serialized,hierarchical,stepped,lack of active participation and innovation,and the practice process management is obsolete.The teaching practice of Harbin Institute of Technology has proved that,practice teaching will play a practical and effective role in empowering the construction of new engineering courses and cultivating innovative talents.
