Hierarchical Classification,Fusion and Openness:Exploration of Curriculum Construction for Cultivating Applied Talents in Ethnic Universities
In response to the practical teaching difficulties of students in ethnic universities, such as a large gap in foundation, diverse learn-ing objectives, weak interdisciplinary abilities, and limited professional perspectives,a hierarchical classification and integrated open curricu-lum system has been constructed.Flexible teaching, differentiated training based on needs, integrated project practice, and open joint educa-tion have been implemented, and ideological and political education has been integrated throughout the curriculum. This enables students with different learning foundations, learning objectives, and employment intentions to master professional skills to varying degrees, cultivate broad perspectives, and establish four confidences, thereby achieving the return of grassroots talents, retention of general talents, and the flight of top talents. This provides strong support for the sustainable development of computer talent cultivation in our school, and also provides useful references for the development of ethnic universities and other schools with similar learning situations.
