随着仿真技术的深入发展,多物理场耦合计算已成为工程研发的重要趋势.为解决仿真体系数据分散、流程衔接低效和知识经验难以共享、研发效率低的问题,开发了一套面向先进制造研发场景的多物理场耦合仿真软件.深度完善多物理场仿真软件体系,建立国产自主的多物理场仿真软件体系,开发低频磁仿真软件和流体仿真软件,完成热—流—固、电—磁—热、电热力耦合仿真的求解器耦合,并集成到数据传输统一、设计建模便捷、计算效率快、耦合结果精度高的多物理场仿真平台.实例验证结果表明,应用该软件可以从设计输入、几何解析、网格划分、多物理场设置、多场耦合求解、结果输出等有效环节内得到合理的高精度仿真结果,提升了航空航天、新能源汽车、半导体、计算机等核心技术产业的整体设计水平和制造效率.
Simulation Software Development Based on Coupled Multiphysics Field Computation
With the in-depth development of simulation technology,multi-physics field coupling calculation has become an important trend in engineering research and development.In order to solve the problems of data dispersion,inefficient process convergence and difficult shar-ing of knowledge and experience,and low R&D efficiency in the simulation system,a set of multi-physics field coupling simulation software for advanced manufacturing R&D scenarios is developed,the system of multi-physics field simulation software is improved in depth,and a do-mestically-owned multi-physics field simulation software system is established,and low-frequency magnetic and fluid simulation software is developed to complete the heat-fluid-solid,electro-magnetic-heat,solver coupling of electro-thermal coupling simulation,and integrated into the multiphysics field simulation platform with unified data transmission,convenient design modeling,fast computational efficiency,and high accuracy of coupling results.Example verification results show that the application of the software can be obtained from the design input,geometric analysis,mesh division,multi-physics field setup,multi-field coupling solution,and result output within the effective link to ob-tain reasonable and high precision simulation results,which improves the overall design level and manufacturing efficiency of aerospace,new energy vehicles,semiconductors,computers,and other core technology industries.
