沥滤预处理的棉秆-高灰煤共气化特性研究

生物质与煤的固在碱金属是生物质与煤炭共气化过程中的重要影响因素.以含不同形态的碱金属的棉秆(cotton stalk,CS)和高灰煤(high as coal,HAC)为研究对象,采用 自制的固定床研究其共气化过程中的气体产量与主要组分变化规律以及两者之间的相互作用,以揭示两种原料中不同形态的碱金属对共气化的影响.结果表明:随着沥滤脱灰程度的提高,棉秆与高灰煤的产气量得到不同程度的提高.对棉秆与高灰煤交叉组合共气化,发现棉秆气化在共气化过程中起到主导作用.原样棉秆与高灰煤共气化协同效应系数最高,为1.15,水沥滤秸秆与水沥滤煤的共气化产气量最高,为1 428.00 mL/g.酸沥滤后的棉秆对共气化气体组分有较大的影响,表现为H2与CO2组分占比降低,CO与CH4组分占比升高.
Study on the co-gasification characteristics of cotton stalks and high-ash coal by leaching pretreatment
The inherent alkali metals of biomass and coal are important factors during the co-gasification.Taking two materials containing different forms of alkali metals,cotton stalk(CS)and high-ash coal(HAC)as the research objects,the gas production,the main components change and the interaction between CS and HAC were studied in the co-gasification process using the self-made fixed bed to revea the influence of different forms of alkali metals in the two raw materials on co-gasification.The results show that with the increase of the degree of leaching and deashing,the gas production of CS and HAC has been increased to varying degrees.For the cross-combination co-gasification of CS and HAC,it is found that CS gasification plays a leading role in the CS-HAC co-gasification process.The co-gasification of raw-CS and raw-HAC has the highest synergy coefficient as 1.15.The co-gasification of water-leached CS and water-leashed HAC produces the highest gas production,which is 1 428.00 mL·g-1.The acid-leached CS has a greater impact on the co-gasification gas composition,which is manifested by the decrease of H2 and CO2 components,and the increase of CO and CH4 components.
