新月形沙丘钝体对驻涡燃烧室性能的影响分析

为了研究新月形沙丘钝体对驻涡燃烧室性能的影响,分别对钝体的迎风坡角度α、背风坡角度β和迎风坡最高点(丘顶)到入口面的距离L进行了模拟分析,获得了对燃烧室总压损失、燃烧效率和出 口温度相差绝对值等的影响.结果表明:使用新月形沙丘钝体可有效改善燃烧性能,增大α、β及L均可改善出口温度分布的均匀性.对于新月形沙丘钝体,当结构参数为α=20°、β=70°和L=45 mm时,燃烧效率高,出口温度相差绝对值低,综合燃烧效果最好.
Performance analysis on trapped vortex combustor with barchan dune bluff body
In order to study the effect of barchan dune bluff body on the performance of the trapped vortex combustor(TVC),windward slope angle α,leeward slope angle β,and the distance L between the highest point(dune top)on the windward slope and the inlet surface were analyzed by numerical simulation,and the influences on the total pressure loss,combustion efficiency and the outlet temperature change were obtained.Results show that the dune bluff body can effectively improve combustion properties,and the increase of the angle of α,β and the distance L can improve combustion efficiency and homogeneity of the exit temperature distribution.When α=20°,β=40° and L=45 mm,comprehensive combustion effect is the best.
