Research on heat dissipation technology of solid-state lighting device
Solid-state lighting devices,such as white light LED and laser lighting,have distinct advantages of energy saving,environmentally friendly,long service life and high luminescence efficiency,which have broad application prospects in indoor and outdoor lighting,automotive headlights,modern agriculture,medical and display fields.As the key of solid-state lighting application,heat dissipation technology directly determines the service performance and luminescence quality of devices.It reviews the latest research progress of heat dissipation technology for solid state lighting devices.The working principle,structure design and heat dissipation modes(natural convection,forced convection,heat pipe heat dissipation,liquid cooling and other heat dissipation modes)of traditional white LED,remote excitation white LED and laser lighting are summarized.The control methods of heat resistance,heat dissipation path,heat dissipation rate,lightweight and heat conduction of optical conversion elements are analyzed.Finally,the urgent problems of high luminous flux,remote excitation mode,heat dissipation and integrated package design of solid-state lighting devices are discussed,and the development trend of heat dissipation technology of solid state lighting devices are prospected.
