Study on temperature calibration and optimization of neutron scattering furnace for CSNS
The heating structure of 1 000.0 ℃ furnace in China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)was introduced combined with the temperature test results and optimization scheme.The temperature test results showed that there was difference between the control temperature and sample temperature,and the temperature overshot existed in low temperature area during heating.To make the control temperature and sample temperature consistent and reduce the overshoot temperature,temperature calibration and adjustment of temperature control parameters were applied.The temperature test results after optimization showed that the difference between control temperature and sample temperature decreases dramatically from the maximum 60.0 to 20.0 ℃,the overshoot temperature during heating process decreases,which improves the efficiency of neutron experiments.
