摘要

利用密度梯度离心法对山西3种1/3焦煤显微组分进行分离富集,同时研究其各显微组分热解特征.结果表明:随着热解温度的升高,显微组分在350~600℃均出现明显的失重现象.热重(TG)和微商热重(DTG)曲线表明,惰质组与镜质组相比,有较高的剧烈热解开始温度、最大热解速率峰温和最大热解速率,原煤的热解参数介于镜质组与惰质组之间.热解过程中镜质组的质量损失最大,其次是原煤,惰质组的质量损失最小.

Abstract

The density gradient centrifugation method is used to separate and enrich three types of 1/3 coking coal macerals from Shanxi,and the pyrolysis characteristics of each macerals are studied.The results show that:with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the maceral shows obvious weight loss at 350~600℃.The thermogravimetry(TG)and derivative thermogravimetry(DTG)curves indicate that the inertinite has intense pyrolysis starting temperature,maximum pyrolysis rate peak,and maximum pyrolysis rate compared to the vitrinite,the pyrolysis parameters of raw coal are between vitrinite and inertinite.The mass loss of vitrinite is the largest during pyrolysis,followed by raw coal,and the mass loss of inertinite is the least.
