摘要

因旋转密封阀由地下提升至地坪之上,导致干熄槽、一次除尘器、锅炉、电梯等设备设施高度的提高,带来一系列影响.从采用宽体干熄槽、循环气体出口采用扁平形、优化旋转密封阀与振动给料器组合 3 个方面对降低干熄焦装置整体高度进行了探讨,并给出了降低干熄焦装置高度后的优势.

Abstract

Given that rotary sealing valve is elevated from underground to ground floor,the heights of equipment and facilities are raised accordingly such as CDQ chamber,primary deduster,boiler and elevator,which result in a series of impacts.To this end,discussion is made for reducing the overall height of the CDQ plant from aspects of using squat-type CDQ chamber,using flat shape of circulating gas outlet,and an optimized combination of rotary sealing valve and vibration feeder.The advantages of this innovation are also given.
