摘要

迁安中化煤化工有限责任公司脱硫工艺采用 HPF 法,为了有效降低脱硫液中悬浮硫的含量,通过将再生塔鼓风强度控制在 100~110 m3/m2;对再生塔扩大区硫膏进行冲洗;加强熔硫操作;将再生塔顶部泡沫层厚度控制在 30~40 cm后,脱硫液中悬浮硫含量可以稳定在 0.2 g/L以下.此外,对熔硫釜清液系统进行了改进,减少了工人劳动量并改善了现场操作环境.

Abstract

HPF DeSOx process is adopted in Qianan Zhonghua Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,To reduce the suspended sulfur content in desulfurizing solution,blast intensity of regenerator shall be controlled at 100~110 m3/m2;sulfur paste in expansion area of regenerator shall be rinsed;sulfur melting shall be strengthened;foam thickness at regenerator top is controlled at 30~40 cm.Then the suspended sulfur in DeSOx solution is maintained below 0.2 g/L.Clear liquid system of sulfur melting pot is optimized to reduce manual labor and improve the operation environment.
