印尼煤在配煤炼焦中的应用

摘要
对印尼煤煤质指标评价进行分析,结合公司整体煤炭资源情况,与肥煤、焦煤、1/3 焦煤做质量比对,分析优缺点,尝试代替部分 1/3 焦煤、焦煤配煤炼焦使用.在配煤中作为 1/3 焦煤使用,焦炭质量稳定,起到降灰的作用.
Abstract
This study conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the quality parameters of Indonesian coal.Drawing on the company's coal resources,it compares the quality of Indonesian coal with that of fat coal,coking coal,and 1/3 coking coal,thereby dissecting their respective strengths and weaknesses.The study attempts to substitute a portion of the 1/3 coking coal and coking coal with Indonesian coal in the coal blending for coking purposes.The findings indicate that the utilization of Indonesian coal as 1/3 coking coal in coal blending not only stabilizes the quality of the coke but also contributes to a reduction in ash content.
