摘要
焦炉使用寿命一般为 25 年左右,在焦炉晚期,由于长期受炉温波动、机械冲击摩擦和介质侵蚀的影响,炉体逐渐老化,炉墙出现变形、剥蚀等问题,特别是经过凉炉降温后,焦炉砌体受损严重,严重影响焦炉的稳定生产.因此,如何做好护炉工作对延长焦炉使用寿命意义重大.
Abstract
The service life of coke oven battery is around 25 years.At the late stage of service life,the battery gradually ages,oven walls suffer deformation and erosion due to long-term temperature fluctuations,mechanical impact and friction,especially after battery shutdown-cooling,the refractory brickwork is severely damaged,which seriously affects stable production of coke oven.Therefore,it is of great significance to do a good job in battery protection for longer service life of the battery.
