摘要
山西兴高能源集团股份有限公司目前采用 QRD-2000 清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,该焦炉采用卧式侧装平接焦方式进行装煤出焦.自建厂以来,已连续稳定生产十余年,但长期的高温运行导致焦炉的部分构件出现不同程度的裂化,给焦炉整体的严密性、完整性、安全性带来了影响.该公司在不影响生产、不停炉的状态下成功地将焦炉上保护板进行更换,为焦炉的持续高效生产提供了保障,并弥补了同类型焦炉热修工作的技术空白.
Abstract
Shanxi Xinggao Energy Co.,Ltd.currently uses the QRD-2000 environment-friendly stamp-charging horizontal heat recovery coke oven with side coal charging and coke pushing.The plant has been in continuous and stable production for over ten years,but long-term high-temperature operation has caused some components of the coke oven to crack,affecting its overall tightness,integrity,and safety.The plant successfully replaced the upper flash plate of the coke oven without stopping production or shutting down the oven,ensuring its continuous and efficient operation,and filling the gap in the hot repair technology of coke ovens of the same type.
