摘要
分析了鲅鱼圈焦炉机侧炉门损坏的原因,通过对小炉门内衬增加横梁立筋、炉门腹板结构以及机侧炉门安装方式进行改进,提高了焦炉机侧炉门的使用寿命,减少了现场的冒烟、着火问题,无论是从环保角度还是节能降耗角度都具有积极意义.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the causes of pusher side oven door damage,the service life of pusher side oven door has been improved and flame and emission from oven door become less by adding crossbar to leveler door linner,improving the structure of the oven door web and the installation method of P.S.oven door,which plays a significant role in environmental protection and energy saving.
