摘要
针对负压煤气管道堵塞的特点,利用新的清洗技术对煤气管道的沉积物进行了清除.不仅解决了生产难题,而且此方法不需要停产,不需要人员进入管道内清理,投资少、危险系数低、清洗更彻底、清洗效率更高,为同行业提供了经验.
Abstract
New cleaning technology is adopted for removing deposits in gas pipelines under negative pressure to handle the blockage.Normal production is not interrupted while solving the operation problem.This technology helps to save costs and ensure operation safety,with no need of access into the pipes for manual cleaning.Deposits in gas pipes can be removed thoroughly and efficiently.The new technology provides great experience to be shared in coking industry.
