过渡性肥煤煤质分析与配煤试验研究

摘要
系统研究过渡性肥煤的煤质特性和结焦性能,以及其在炼焦配煤中的作用及适配性.试验结果表明:过渡性肥煤是一种介于肥煤和焦煤二者之间的过渡性煤种,既具有肥煤的强黏结性工艺性质,又具有焦煤的煤岩相结构,单种煤结焦性能好,其结焦性能处于肥煤和焦煤之间,单种煤所炼焦炭的冷、热态强度好,但略差于典型焦煤所炼焦炭的冷、热态强度.用 15%的 2#TFM 替代焦煤时,焦炭质量可满足大型高炉使用要求,并可在一定程度上降低焦炭灰分和硫分.通过配用一定比例的过渡性肥煤,可以提高焦炭质量,降低焦煤配用量,降低配煤成本,节约优质焦煤资源,扩大炼焦煤的使用范围.
Abstract
The paper analyzes quality and coking characteristics of transitional fat coal,as well as its function and adaptability in coal blending and cokemaking.Experiment result shows that transitional fat coal is the kind of coal with property in transition between fat coal and coking coal.Moreover,it has strong caking property,the same to that of fat coal,and has the same coal petrography with coking coal.Individual transitional fat coal also has good coking characteristics at levels between fat coal and coking coal,and can be used for producing the coke with high cold and hot strength,but slightly poorer than the coke produced out of typical coking coal.If coking coal is replaced with 15%2#TEM,coke quality can meet the demand of large blast furnace,and can reduce ash and sulfur content in coke to some extent.By blending a certain proportion of transitional fat coal,coke quality is improved.It is also conducive to reducing consumption of coking coal,lowering coal blending cost,saving more premium coking coal,and using a wider variety of coal for cokemaking.
