摘要

建立了装煤模型,并根据模型对 7.63 m 焦炉增加装煤量后装煤冒烟的问题进行了分析,提出了在不减少装煤量、不增加操作时间的前提下,通过调整平煤时机、改进平煤操作达到消除装煤冒烟目的的方法.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the problem of charging emission of 7.63 m battery after increasing coal charge based on the coal charging model established,and presents the methods to eliminate charging emission,including adjusting coal leveling time,and optimizing coal leveling operation without requirement of reducing coal charge and increasing operation duration.
