摘要

对攀钢 5.5 m 捣固焦炉装煤烟尘治理工艺现状及存在的问题进行分析,并结合捣固焦炉装煤烟尘特点及其治理难点,提出炭化室内部分烟尘利用高压氨水喷射产生的负压导入荒煤气系统、机侧炉门口外逸烟尘引入地面进行焚烧洗涤净化处理的烟尘治理技术,提高了装煤烟尘治理效果,实现达标排放.

Abstract

An analysis is conducted on technical conditions and issues of charging emission treatment of 5.5 m stamp charge coke oven of Pangang Group,combined with features and difficulties of charging emission treatment,two solutions are proposed,incl.using negative pressure(HP ammonia liquor spraying)to suck coking chamber emission into crude gas system;sending fugitive emission from P.S.oven door to incineration,stripping and purification.Thus,charging emission treatment is improved and emission standard is achieved.
