摘要

在实验室条件下,研究了不同失重率的焦炭高温耐压强度变化,考察了焦炭溶损反应前后顶装焦和捣固焦的孔径分布变化与深层反应对焦炭高温耐压强度的影响.结果表明,随着溶损反应程度的增加,焦炭的高温耐压强度下降;相较于顶装焦,溶损反应后捣固焦的气孔宽度变窄,分布不均匀,并且深层反应较大,结构破坏严重,高温耐压强度降低幅度较大.

Abstract

Under laboratory conditions,the variation of high temperature compressive strength of coke with different weight loss rate was studied,and the influence of pore size distribution of top-charge coke and stamp-charge coke before and after dissolution loss reaction on the compressive strength of coke was investigated.The result shows that the high temperature compressive strength of coke decreases with the increase of dissolution reaction degree;Compared with the top-charge coke,the pore diameter of the stamp-charge coke after reaction gets decreased,and the distribution is not uniform,which indicates that the internal dissolution loss is greater,and the compressive strength decreases obviously.The deep reaction of stamp-charge coke is larger,resulting in more serious damage to its internal structure and greater reduction in high temperature compressive strength.
