针对 JNDK55-05 型焦炉的特点,研究和分析正常生产条件下小烟道温度的影响因素,并探讨了带焦冷炉保温过程中小烟道温度的影响因素.通过针对性地做好保温控制措施,有利于提高焦炉热工效率.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the factors affecting sole flue temperature during normal production,and during thermal preservation of ovens filled with coke at production shutdown.Thermal efficiency of battery can be improved by taking reasonable measures targeting heat preservation of ovens.
