摘要
为了满足氢冶炼直接还原铁所需焦炉煤气质量指标,在 AS 湿法脱硫和铁基非水相离子液深度脱硫工艺后,采用微晶材料高效吸附精脱硫工艺技术深度净化焦炉煤气,脱除煤气中的H2S、有机硫、苯及其他芳烃、焦油、萘等杂质,最终达到氢冶炼生产工艺要求.
Abstract
In order to meet the quality requirements of coke oven gas for hydrogen-based iron-marking DRI,after AS wet desulfurization and iron-based non-aqueous ionic liquid deep desulfurization processes,fine desulfurization by microcrystalline adsorption technology is used for further purification of coke oven gas,and removal of impurities such as H2S,organic sulfur,benzol,aromatics,tar and naphthalene from the gas,and finally meet the requirements of hydrogen-based iron-marking production.
