摘要
分析了焦炉煤气中H2S含量在脱硫工段达标,但在饱和器及终冷塔后再次升高的原因以及采取的措施.将一种新型高效除尘捕雾装置成功运用到脱硫工序,不仅使煤气中 H2S 含量稳定达标,对硫铵工序长期连续稳定运行也具有至关重要的作用.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the reasons why the content of H2S in coke oven gas(COG)after saturator and final cooling tower increases again after reaching standard in desulfurization unit.Measures that have been taken are analyzed as well.Introduction is given to a new type of high-efficiency dust and mist catcher that has been successfully applied to the desulfurization unit,which not only stabilizes the content of H2S in COG up to standard,but plays an important role in long-term continuous and stable operation of ammonium sulfate process.
