摘要

在焦炉煤气制甲醇低负荷生产工况下,通过工艺参数分析确定转化、合成、精馏工序的控制质量可直接影响甲醇的生产效益.通过工艺调整、操作控制优化等措施,可提高甲醇产量,降低焦炉煤气单耗,提高甲醇生产效益.

Abstract

Under low-load conditions of methanol production from coke oven gas,it is determined that the control quality of the conversion,synthesis,and distillation processes through process parameter analysis can directly affect the production efficiency of methanol.By taking the measures such as process adjustment and operational control optimization,methanol production can be increased,coke oven gas consumption can be reduced,and economic benefit of methanol production can be improved as well.
