摘要

以鞍钢化学科技有限公司回收作业区的初冷器为研究对象,探究了初冷器内漏、初冷器清扫方式和余热水槽温度等因素对余热水温度的影响,对每种影响因素提出针对性的解决措施.实践表明,余热水平均送水温度由 48.4℃提高至 54.2℃.

Abstract

This study,centered on the cross-tube primary cooler in the by-product plant of Ansteel Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd.,investigates the effects of various factors on the temperature of waste heat water,including internal leakage within the primary cooler,cleaning methods,and the temperature of the waste heat water tank.For each factor,specific solutions are proposed.The result in application shows a significant increase in the average temperature of the feeding waste heat water,rising from 48.4℃to 54.2℃.
