摘要
焦化废水是一种高浓度的化工废水,处理难度较大.为了实现水资源循环利用,某企业新建了废水处理系统,废水回用率达 95%,产水进行分级利用,显著降低了新水用量,实现降本增效.此废水处理系统操作简单,自动化程度高,运行成本低.
Abstract
Coking wastewater,characterized by its high concentration,poses challenge to the treatment.In order to promote wastewater reuse,a new wastewater treatment system is built with wastewater reuse rate of 95%and with the product water being utilized in a cascade manner.This approach has substantially decreased the consumption of fresh water,leading to lower cost and higher efficiency.The wastewater treatment system is simple in operation,with high automation level and low operational costs.
