摘要
对有蒸汽法和无蒸汽法的各种负压粗苯蒸馏工艺进行理论和实践研究,详细阐述各种负压粗苯蒸馏的工艺流程和工艺特点,并对负压粗苯蒸馏的各种工艺选取典型投产工程,汇总实际生产操作运行参数,对比各种负压粗苯蒸馏工艺特点,分析各工艺的优势和选择条件,总结负压粗苯蒸馏工艺的选择思路,最后对负压粗苯蒸馏工艺存在的问题给予优化建议和解决方案.
Abstract
This paper introduces theoretical and practical research on various crude benzol stripping processes under negative pressure with and without steam,expounds the process flows and characteristics of different processes,summarizes actual operation parameters based on typical projects of various processes under negative pressure,compares the characteristics of various negative pressure crude benzene distillation processes,analyzes the advantages and selection conditions of each process,concludes the selection philosophy of negative pressure crude benzol stripping processes,and finally put forward optimized suggestions and solutions.
