摘要
焦炭质量稳定性影响高炉的生产运行,炼焦煤的质量稳定性影响焦炭质量的稳定.利用 STDEVP 标准差数学函数对单种煤的各项质量指标的波动性和离散程度进行评价,建立质量稳定性指标,评价炼焦煤的质量稳定性.分析了影响单种煤结焦性能稳定性的关键因素是炼焦煤的镜质体反射率的稳定性,通过加强炼焦煤采购管理,提高炼焦煤质量稳定性,实现优化调整配煤结构、降低焦煤配比、稳定生产焦炭质量的目的.
Abstract
The coal property stability affects coke quality,which influences the operation of blast furnace.This paper evaluates the fluctuation and dispersion of each property index for individual kind of coal through STDEVP mathematical function,forms indexes for coal property stability evaluation.It is analyzed that the stability of vitrinite reflectance of coal is the key factor affecting its coking performance.Through optimizing coal procurement,and improving coal property stability,coal blending composition can be improved and coking coal ratio can be reduced to stabilize coke quality during production.
