摘要
详细分析了独立焦化在干熄焦投用后遇到的一系列难题,对设备、工艺、操作进行了改进和优化,特别是塑烧板湿法除尘系统的运用,开创了塑烧板湿法除尘在焦化厂运用的先河,产生了良好的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益.解决了独立焦化厂干熄率无法达到 100%的行业难题,对独立焦化企业干熄焦运行起到了一定的借鉴和示范作用.
Abstract
The article analyzes in detail a series of problems encountered by independent coking after the commissioning of CDQ,and makes a series of improvements and optimization on equipment,process and operation,especially the application of the plastic burning plate wet dust removal system.It creates a precedent for the application of the plastic burning plate wet dust removal in the coking plant,and produces good economic,environmental and social benefits.It has solved the industry problem that the dry quenching rate of independent coking plants cannot reach 100%,which has played a certain reference and demonstration role for the operation of dry quenching of independent coking enterprises.
