摘要
针对某焦炉煤气硫化氢脱除装置的运行状况和存在问题进行分析.在更换使用 GLT 络合铁催化剂并进行相关技术改造后,使得催化剂反应特性匹配了脱硫装置的工况条件.实践运行结果表明 GLT 络合铁催化剂的使用在提升脱硫净化度、控制脱硫液副盐含量和稳定塔阻力等方面取得显著效果.
Abstract
According to analysis of operation status and existing problems of COG desulfurization system,the catalyst reaction characteristics were matched with the operating conditions of the desulfurization system after replacing the GLT chelated iron catalyst and carrying out relevant technical modifications.The practical operation results showed that the use of GLT chelated iron catalyst achieved significant results in improving the purification performance of desulfurization,controlling the secondary salt content of desulfurization liquid and stabilizing the resistance of the desulfurization column.
