络合铁脱硫工艺的应用及优化

摘要
用络合铁脱硫工艺替代原有的 MTS 钠法脱硫工艺.在优化后的工艺条件下,脱硫效率可长期稳定控制在 99.5%以上,脱硫塔后焦炉煤气 H2S 含量低于 20 mg/m3,脱硫液中副盐含量稳定低于 250 g/L.
Abstract
This paper introduced replacement of original MTS sodium desulfurization process with complex iron desulfurization process.After optimization of the process,the desulfurization efficiency can be stably controlled above 99.5%for a long time.The H2S content in coke oven gas after the desulfurization column is less than 20 mg/m3,and the secondary salt content in the desulfurization solution remains stable below 250 g/L.
