摘要

粗苯加氢技术根据催化加氢反应温度可分为高温加氢和低温加氢技术.在低温加氢技术中,由于加氢油中非芳烃与芳烃分离方法不同,又分为萃取蒸馏法和溶剂萃取法.本文论述了萃取蒸馏生产工艺,并对几种工艺进行对比,同时对 N-甲酰吗啉和环丁砜萃取剂的性质进行了介绍,阐述了各萃取剂在选择和应用中的注意事项.

Abstract

The crude benzol hydrogenation consists of high-temp.hydrogenation and low-temp.hydrogenation based on the catalytic hydrogenation reaction temperature.For low-temp.hydrogenation,due to the different separation methods between non-aromatic and aromatic hydrocarbons in hydrogenated oil,it can be further divided into extraction distillation and solvent extraction.This paper discusses the extraction distillation process and expounds the properties of N-formylmorpholine and sulfolane extractants in comparison with all the other processes.It also gives precautions for selecting and using each extractant.
