摘要
主要开展了铁焦平衡的研究,针对澳洲煤配比变化对焦炭质量和产量的影响,建立了适合用本企业生产的炼焦煤分类标准,形成了炼焦煤性能的评价方法,开发了智能化混料系统,并利用KNN智能算法预测配合煤的镜质组反射率,建立了焦炭质量预测模型,实时动态预测配煤和焦炭质量.
Abstract
This paper studies on the iron-coke balance,establishes classification standards of coal for cokemaking that is appropriate for the company based on the variation of blending ratio of Australian coal.Evaluation method of performance of coal for cokemaking is produced.Intelligent coal blending system is also developed.Vitrinite reflectance of blended coal can be predicted through KNN intelligent calculation.Coke quality prediction model is established for real-time dynamic prediction of quality of blended coal and coke.
