通过分析影响马钢焦炉K3 系数的因素,采取优化焦炉生产组织、提高设备保产能力、加强炼焦过程监控、全面对标找差、强化炉体维护等具体措施,使得焦炉K3 系数得到了稳定提升.
Abstract
Through analyzing factors influencing coefficient K3 of battery of Masteel,this paper gives measures to steadily improve battery coefficient K3,including optimization of battery production organization,guaranteeing of equipment capacity,strengthening of cokemaking monitoring,debugging in an overall manner,and improvement of refractory block maintenance.
