介绍了焦炉自动加热系统的主要组成,对焦炉自动加热系统在 6.78 m捣固焦炉加热过程中的实际应用效果进行了检验,达到了预期效果,提高了焦炉加热自动化控制水平,稳定了炉温,保证了焦炭成熟.
Abstract
Main components of the automatic coke oven heating system were introduced.The actual performance of the system in the heating process of the 6.78 m stamp charge coke oven was tested,the expected result was achieved and the level of automatic control of coke oven heating was improved.Furnace temperature was stabilized and the coke was fully coked.
