摘要
鉴于干熄焦工艺系统的特殊性,干熄焦锅炉爆管不同于常规燃煤燃气锅炉爆管,爆管后的水蒸气在系统内与炙热焦炭反应,迅速生成大量氢气及一氧化碳,如若处理不及时、措施不当,极易引发恶性事故.通过对干熄焦系统的工艺特点及自动化联锁条件的研究,实现第一时间准确判断处理锅炉爆管故障,最大限度降低锅炉爆管所带来的经济损失的目的.
Abstract
The bursting of CDQ boiler is different from coal-fired or gas-fired boiler,due to the features of CDQ system,after the bursting,the steam reacts with hot coke in the system,large amount of hydrogen and carbon monoxide are generated rapidly.If not handled in time or measures are improper,serious accident will occur.According to the study on features of CDQ system and automatic interlock,boiler tube burst can be quickly and accurately diagnosed and handled immediately,economic loss is minimized as a result.
