摘要

利用 Aspen 软件结合目前常用的负压脱苯工艺中换热网络进行模拟分析,设计了几种换热网络.根据数据分析优化出相对合理的换热方案,以期达到节能降耗的目的.

Abstract

In this paper,simulation analysis was done by adopting Aspen software combined with heat exchange network commonly used for benzol stripping under negative pressure.Several heat exchange networks have been designed.Based on the above data analysis,a relatively reasonable solution for heat exchange was optimized so as to have less consumption in energy.
