摘要
针对移动颗粒床除尘装置滤料加热工艺中存在的问题,对滤料加热工艺进行了优化及改造.改造解决了移动颗粒床除尘装置滤料加热效率低、滤料加热缓慢,热风炉能耗高,影响系统整体开车进度及浪费能源的问题,改造后系统运行稳定,节能降耗效果明显.
Abstract
In response to the problems existing in the filter media heating process for mobile granular bed precipitator,the filter media heating process is optimized.The modification has tackled problems affecting the system's overall startup and energy conservation,including the low heating efficiency of the filter media of mobile granular bed precipitator,retarded heating process,and the excessive energy consumption of hot blast stove.After that,the system operates stably and witnesses obvious energy-saving and consumption reducing benefits.
