摘要

智能技术以智能算法实现智能生产和配送、以人机相融打造智能活态和智能反馈、以区块链等促进存储利用,对非物质文化遗产保护与传播起到了极大赋能作用.智能技术在为非遗数据库建设、非遗传播、非遗文化产业的智能化生产应用打开新图景的同时,也反衬出当前非遗保护与传播智能化赋能过程中存在的运行效率欠缺、非遗项目文化属性和传承人作用发挥不足、非遗文化创意研发及孵化智能化布局不到位等短板.在实践过程中,可尝试以高质量建设非遗数据标准体系为突破口加快智能技术研发、构建以非遗传承人为中心的多元主体共生共创生态体系、以从供给侧推动非遗"两创"为关键促进实现文化供应能力整体提升等实践路径.

Abstract

Intelligent technology,employing smart algorithms for intelligent production and distribution,integrating human-machine collaboration to create intelligent dynamics and feedback,and utilizing technologies like blockchain to enhance storage and utilization,has played a significant role in the protection and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.While intelligent technology opens up new view for intangible cultural heritage development,it also highlights shortcomings in the current process of intelligent empowerment in intangible heritage protection and dissemination.These shortcomings include insufficient operational efficiency,underutilization of the cultural attributes of heritage projects,and inadequacies in the intelligent layout of cultural creative research and development.In the practical application,efforts could be made to accelerate intelligent technology development by establishing a high-quality data system,constructing a diverse ecosystem for co-creation,and promoting an overall enhancement of cultural supply capacity by driving the"Shuang Chuang"(Promoting the Creative Transformation and Innovative Development of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture)in intangible heritage through the supply side.
