摘要
实现科学的知识产权信用治理,对于规范化的知识产权体系建设具有重要作用,是建设法治中国的重要方面.当前,我国知识产权信用治理实践中仍存在部分法律法规亟待完善、地区差异较大、数据支撑效能不足等问题.为改善相关问题,应从加大失信惩戒威慑力、完善信用制度实施方案、加强大数据技术运用等方面推进知识产权信用治理实践.
Abstract
Playing an important role in building of a standardized intellectual property(IP)system,the scientific credit governance of IP is a significant part of the rule of law in China.Currently,there are various problems in the IP credit governance,such as laws and regulations need to be improved,significant regional differences,and inadequate data supporting,etc.In order to solve those problems,measures should be adopted to promote credit governance of intellectual property,namely,to enhancing deterrence for misconduct,advancing the implementation program of credit system,and accelerating big data technology as well.
