The rural-urban economic circulation constitutes a pivotal component in implementing the new development philosophy and constructing a new development paradigm.Facilitating the smooth rural-urban economic circulation serves as a crucial lever for advancing rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity,thereby playing an important driving role in realizing the Chinese modernization.Presently,China still faces practical obstacles such as the imbalance between urban and rural supply and demand,inadequate bi-directional flow of rural-urban factors,weak economic hub functions in counties,and insufficient endogenous driving forces for rural revitalization.Consequently,there is a need to deepen reforms on both the supply and demand sides,fully stimulate rural domestic demand,break down institutional barriers between urban and rural factors,optimize the market-oriented allocation mechanisms for factors,promote high-quality development of county economies,strengthen the functions of county economic hubs,enhance the construction of urban clusters,and comprehensively advance rural revitalization.
