Foreign-related legal service is a crucial part of foreign-related rule of law work.To improve the foreign-related legal service system,it is necessary to strengthen the foreign-related public legal services provided by the government,and provide a rule of law business environment for foreign enterprises and citizens who are invited into China.For Chinese enterprises and citizens going global,it is necessary to strengthen the foreign-related legal affair work of Chinese embassies and consulates abroad,provide high-quality public legal services for overseas Chinese enterprises and citizens,and encourage and support China's own law firms to go abroad and extend legal services to Chinese enterprises and citizens overseas,in order to better safeguard China's overseas interests.At the same time,it is necessary to rely on cultivating a high-quality team of foreign-related legal talents,continuously improve the quality of foreign-related legal services,provide sufficient and effective supply of foreign-related legal services for the growing demand for foreign-related legal services,achieve an effective balance between the demand and supply of foreign-related legal services,and maximize the benefits of foreign-related legal services.
