Adhering to self-reform is an important struggle experience for the Communist Party of China to build and develop itself and maintain its vitality for a hundred years.The self-reform has effectively realized the purification,improvement and innovation within the Party,and realized the consensus cohesion and political integration of the Party's development;it effectively expands the realization dimension of the function of political Party,organically unifies the functions of organizing society and reconstructing society,and leads the social revolution.It effectively provides a unified framework for Party governance,and promotes the Party's ideological,organizational,political and institutional construction from the systematic level of inner-Party laws and regulations.It effectively resolves the cycle crisis of political development,integrates with the whole process of people's democracy,and ensures that the Communist Party of China has the ability to jump out of the historical cycle rate of the rise and fall of chaos.The experience of self-reform in the shaping of an integrated party system,the realization of fundamental party functions,the institutionalization of party governance and the development of democratic politics has great reference significance for other parties that are deeply trapped in fragmentation and veto-type systems in the general electoral-professional transformation.
