摘要

纳米酶作为中国科学家的原创科研成果之一,是多学科交叉融合的产物.这一新兴交叉学科领域的发展既是建设世界科技强国和实现高水平科技自立自强的有益探索,也是从理论突破到技术创新再到产业发展的创新驱动发展的生动实践.纳米酶代表了一类新型人工酶和生物催化剂,打破了传统意义上无机材料与有机生命的界限,既有纳米材料的理化特性,也有独特的类酶催化活性.作为一种新概念和新材料,纳米酶具有非常广阔的应用前景,与此同时,在催化机制理论建构、定向设计与调控、相关标准的建立、发展纳米酶独有应用领域等方面面临新的挑战.我国需要集中攻关纳米酶关键技术,完善相关基础研究体系建设和仪器设备平台建设,高度重视政产学研用一体化建设,形成自主创新、富有竞争力的纳米酶科研生态圈以及相应的创新链、产业链和价值链.

Abstract

As one of the original scientific research achievements of Chinese scientists,nanozyme is the product of interdisciplinary integration.The development of this emerging interdisciplinary scientific field not only explores beneficial pathways for building great power in science and technology and achieving fast-tracking progress toward greater self-reliance and strength in S&T,but also a vibrant practice of innovation-driven development from theoretical breakthrough to technological innovation to industrial development.Nanozyme represents a new type of artificial enzyme and biocatalyst,which breaks the traditional boundary between inorganic materials and organic life.It not only has the physical and chemical properties of nanomaterials,but also has unique enzyme-like catalytic activity.As a new concept and material,nanozymes have vast application prospects.Simultaneously,they face new challenges in catalytic mechanism theory construction,targeted design and regulation,establishment of relevant standards,and development of unique application fields for nanozymes.China needs to concentrate on key technologies of nanozymes,improve related basic research system construction and instrument equipment platform,attach great importance to the integration of government,industry,academia,and research,form an innovative ecosystem for nanozyme research with competitiveness,and develop corresponding innovation chains,industry chains,and value chains.
