Today's world is undergoing major changes unseen in a century,and trust deficit has increasingly become a major issue affecting the operation of the current international system and international order.The study of trust from the perspective of the international system and its evolution can provide a useful discussion on the historical mechanism of international trust building.Judging from the evolution history of the international system,the international trust relationship formed on the basis of order mechanisms,rules and norms is an important guarantee and basic connotation of the stability of the international system.The historical process of the evolution of the international system from the perspective of historical practice has repeatedly explained the importance of international trust building for the stable operation of the international system.The tension and deterioration of international trust relations will have a damaging impact on the power structure and the international system.Establishing a common view of interests and cultural values,forming a certain degree of identity,building a mutual security guarantee mechanism to prevent the deterioration of relations,and ensuring the predictability of relations are important means to establish long-term and universal international trust relations.
