As the basic unit of urban governance,community governance ability and level are crucial to the life quality of residents and social stability.Fine community governance is an upgrade of traditional governance model,aiming to achieve high efficiency and humanization of community governance through refined governance concepts and methods,so as to improve the overall efficiency and meet the diversified needs of residents.Therefore,it is necessary to rely on the dynamic mapping mechanism of digital empowerment,the differential coordination mechanism of Party and mass mobilization,the visiting and consulting mechanism of emotional integration,the network management mechanism led by Party building,and the evaluation and improvement mechanism of resident supervision,and constantly promote the effective transformation of community governance from traditional,extensive and passive governance to fine and active governance.It is also important to achieve accurate target identification and accurate resource allocation of refined community governance,consolidate the psychological and emotional basis of community identity,strengthen the refined grid management and lean effect evaluation of refined community governance,and promote the modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance capacity.
