Research on Optimal Power Generation Scheduling for Reservoir in Multi-Tailed River Channels
To enhance the power generation efficiency of Gezhen Reservoir,the unique engineering layout of hydroelectric generating sets of Gezhen Reservoir in multi-tailed river channels was studied.The intricate engineering design and functional constraints of Gezhen Reservoir were considered,and an optimal power generation scheduling model for Gezhen Reservoir that guaranteed output was established.Meanwhile,a two-layer solving strategy for the outer layer of the whole reservoir and the inner layer of the two-unit cooperation was proposed.According to 96 combinations under different inflow and irrigation requirements,a long series of optimal power generation scheduling simulations was carried out for Gezhen Reservoir.The results demonstrate that after optimization,the average annual power generation exhibits a remarkable increase of 18.92%compared to that of conventional scheduling practices over years.It is recommended that maintaining an elevated water level can significantly enhance the power generation efficiency of Gezhen Reservoir.
